As the title says, I did my first oil change after my funoto drain valve install and it made things so much easier and cleaner. Did not spill a single drop off oil . Many thanks to everyone here who mentioned the drain valve or I would have never known about it.

I put the drain valves on all my vehicles. Makes it very simple.

Did you guys use the 3/8" vinyl hose to direct the oil to the drain pan or is the hose not necessary?

I got the 106 also. I didn't see the need for the drain hose.

I picked up one of these.

No need for a hose. Just slide it under the engine pan and remove the plug. Or open the Fumoto, if you have one. It's on my list. No mess, and it's self-contained. I just take it to Advanced and they dispose of the oil for free. I also found it useful to catch backwash when I was water jetting my sink down pipe. Now to decide if I want to go remote filter, or craft something to redirect the spillage to the drain pan.

Ha! Been too much duck weather up here. Looks like more tomorrow...

But still don't have The Pig back yet, so let it rain. My lawn loves it!

Wonder if Avis has a Rent-A-Demon or Hell-Kitty service. Hmmm... ;)

Hah, I wish! I have this item and when the oil hits the top of the container, it splashes everywhere...come look at my garage floor if you need some proof. Since that fateful day last week, I decided to get the valve (F106S, to be exact) and use the hose. Along with a remote filter, it should make my next oil change much easier.

Worked perfect for me. Just curious, is your truck lifted?

Purchased. Such a pain in the **** digging out the plug. Always falls into the pan.

I have seen Challengers at Budget, but no Hellcats or SRTs.

Thank you for your service!
