Fellow Eco owners!
I spent just under $400.00 for the 20K service for my 2017 Eco
Oil change with filter, air filter, and fuel filter, plus tire rotation.
Oil change - parts $194.00 Labor - $14.95
Fuel filter change - parts $53.00 Labor - $125.00

Watching a few videos this evening it looks like I could have done it all at home. Only cautionary note I saw was allowing at least an hour for the oil to drain.

I have changed oil and rotated tires on other vehicles but never a diesel.

Appreciate your thoughts.
Thanks, CWS

I believe you can do it all yourself, however you need to log it in your maintenance book and keep the receipts for the oil & filters so if something happens to the motor down the line, you have some ammo to prove that the service was done. Considering the questionable reliability of these motors, that is important.

No aspect of the truck's service for the first 100k miles cannot be done at home. It is a fine line though as having receipts for an oil change by a quick lube place is less likely to be questioned than receipts for oil and a filter from the local auto parts store. Manufacturers look for any excuse to deny a warranty claim and this includes Ram.
