2002 Dodge Ram 4.7 p0051 code

Hey everyone I need some help I’m stuck I have a 2002 ram 1500 4.7 with a p0051 code I’ve changed the o2 sensor and the pcm also the spark plugs the map sensor and I tested the o2 sensor also it’s good the code still pops up when I reach 1500 rpms if I clear it with my obd2 scanner and start it and let it run it doesn’t come on until I drive it for a few minutes or just leave it in park a rev the engine past 1500 rpms it comes on in seconds any ideas

Hate to tell ya but you're in the wrong place. 2002 was a weird year because 2nd gen 2500/3500 trucks didn't change until 2003 and 2002 1500s still had the 5.9 v8 option.

You having a 1500 and 4.7 truck need to be in the 3rd gen section. They'd be able to help you better
