My brother has a 2002 1500 with 4.7L engine. The engine ran but oil pressure would drop to 0. We found this is a very common problem with this engine. He found another engine that the owner said was good but when he installed it, it was worse. It had oil pressure but knocks like crazy. Do any of you know if you can install any other engine and what years in this truck? Its 2002 1500 4.7 with auto trans.
