2 years ago I installed a sts single turbo kit from a 03-08 hemi , this was direct bolt on other then needing one longer coupler. The short block has never been opened completely stock internals, I am running 2008 cams and 2008 intake with comp springs. The transmission is a 45rfe with the 5 speed tcm swap it has a transgo hd-2 kit and sonnex line pressure booster. With this truck being 4x4 and having 33x 12.5 it made 400 whp on 7 psi with a 66/68 t3/t4 and 490whp on 12 psi with stock heads. I'm currently running a 76/65 on 18 psi and ported heads making 600 whp on a stock block and transmission have put 2,000 mile on this setup and around 20,000 miles with the 66/68 at 7 psi. Currently building a new motor with forged internals and doing a complete fuel system , nv244 swap to have full time awd and install a ats stage 5 545rfe transmission shooting for close to 800 whp

Dyno numbers don't really mean much, more importantly what's the truck run at the local dragstrip. Not saying i don't believe you,but 18 lbs of boost and 600rwhp on a stock 4.7 bottem end is stretching things a bit. That would be putting you well over 700 crank hp out of 287 cubes. If you're making 600 rwhp, you should be in the high 10's even with your tires

Keep at it Zack. As long as your whooping a$$ on some fords and chevys. It's all worth it.
