Problem resolved after reversing injectors 1 and 3, probably a gunk in No. 1 which would have left during the exchange!
There I just changed the 16 spark plugs and the 8 coils, and I just ordered 8 new injectors, all had 155,000 miles.
Thank you for your answers, Alain from France
Did you replace the coils and injectors with new OEM parts or aftermarket parts? Alot of times you can bring both the coils and injectors back to life with a little cleaning and maintence

see si-1 thread for info such as this. Can you get redline si-1 in France, if so you need it and only it can work. If you cant, use techron in a super concentrated dose, like 3-4 bottles in one tank of gas, and you need to travel far like farther the better. we have over 6 tests in the thread now.

Thank you for all this advice , I changed everything to "have peace of mind", I keep everything that I dismantled, the coils, the injectors and the spark plugs, I might have the injectors checked and cleaned (to have them as a backup), and I would clean the coils .
The injectors are : GB REMANUFACTURING 81212163
The coils are : Delphi GN10352
The spark plugs are : CHAMPION 9055 ( the only one I can buy for France on RockAuto )

The injectors would have to be aftermarket to handle the E85 conversion that was done on the truck.

The Fuel Pump, fuel lines and injectors would all need to be aftermarket to handle the corrosive nature of E85.

Probably some other stuff too as I am not an expert on E85 conversion by any means.

Unless he's pushing a fair bit of power, the stock injectors would probably be okay, they're built to handle upwards of E15 right from the word go,he'd need them tuned though.
