I found this hanging below my truck when I was approaching it from the front. It is around the transmission and looks to go towards the rear on the driver's side frame. It doesn't look to have a place to call home so I am wondering what it is and where it is supposed to go.

i'm guessing
Where does the other end connect to ?

Top of Rear Differential Axle housing ?
Top of Automatic Transmission ?

The Piece on the end of the hose, looks similar to a One Way Valve, used to keep water out, but let air pressure escape
