2004 ram 4.7 speedometer jumping

I have a 2004 Dodge 1500 4.7L with 146K miles on it, when I am sitting still and press the brake pedal, the speedometer goes crazy. I changed the rear speed sensor on the rear axle (did not fix it) and I checked the plug going to the brakes under the hood to make sure there was no water or anything in it (there wasn't).

I don't know what else it could possibly be that would effect the speedometer only when pressing the brakes at a stop no matter if I am in drive or park.
