Over the past couple years I've been experiencing many different problems with my ram. About 2 years ago I had a collapsed lifter and had to rebuild the top end of my engine, however before diagnosing that problem and taking the motor apart my truck started to have problems. Since then I've had to hold the key for 8+ seconds while the car cranks till it eventually starts.
When I plug my code reader in I get 9 different codes:
P0325 - Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Bank 1 or Single Sensor
P0330 - Knock Sensor 2 Circuit Bank 2
P0204 - Injector Circuit/Open - Cylinder 4
P0208 - Injector Circuit/Open - Cylinder 8
P0403 - EGR Control Circuit
P0137 - O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0138 - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0158 - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 2
P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Bank 1 or Single Sensor
What I've replaced since original problem:
PCM
Fuel Injectors
Spark Plugs
Spark Plug Wires
Coil Wires
Knock Sensors
Crank Position Sensor
Oil Pressure Sensor
Cam Shaft Position Sensor
MAP Sensor
The injector codes popped up recently and I have always had O2 Sensor codes but I believe these are unrelated however I figured I would add them incase the problem is related. I also have issues with my ABS light popping on and off, my oil pressure gauge randomly dropping to zero along with my AC not working which also occasionally gives a code.
My best guess is that there is a wiring problem somewhere in my engine compartment but I've traced all the wires back to the PCM and haven't found any damage. I also replaced the PCM during my original troubleshooting problem when the lifter collapsed and nothing changed. I'd love to dive deeper into this problem but I don't have any wiring diagrams so if anyone has those for a 2005 5.7 Ram 1500 that would be amazing!
