Alarm - for what you want, DEFINITELY aftermarket lol.
Remote start - didn't realize you had a manual, no one will advertise that since as far as I know you can't get factory remote start on a manual trans but an aftermarket one should be able to be made to work.
Window control - you mean with the remote start?
Stereo - multitude of choices, but so far as I know there's only one that actually fits the dash hole properly and interfaces with the stock Infinity amp. Anything aftermarket will either require a filler panel or will be double DIN and require bezel alterations.
If it's actually the recirc door, don't need to pull the dash. Pull the glovebox, the amp behind it and remove the fan. Throuigh the fan hole you can look straight up at where the recirc door goes. Got my replacement with metal stem from Rockauto. The solenoid screws are a b!@tch even with the amp out of the way. Putting the door in where it needs to go is tricky, but it can be maneuvered into place from below, then remount the solenoid. Took a few hours of cussing, sweating, torn up hands but ultimately won the battle.
Don't know that the HVAC module is sophisticated enough to allow that; if it was a newer CAN bus truck maybe. Be interesting to see, since auto climate wasn't available in the 3rd gens at all.
Few suggestions if I may:
Power tailgate lock:
Grant steering wheel:
Backup cam (integrated into tailgate handle):
