today I made the mistake of purchasing two different types of oil...one quart of the 10w30 and then I bought the 5 quart jug of 5w30, as I am changing my oil, I dumped the whole quart of 10w30 in, and got about a quart thru the big jug when I noticed that I have two different oils....my question is would I be ok with just putting the rest of the 5w30 in there? or should I reflush it and do it over again? it needs 6 quarts, so it would have 1 quart of 10w30 in it and 5 quarts of the 5w30.. its the high mileage stuff if that matters?? would this be ok for the next 3000 miles?
EDIT: they r both the same brand, both high mileage types

It will be completely fine. Won't hurt a thing.

also another question, is it bad to switch from regular oil to high mileage then back to regular then back to high mileage? that seems to be the trend with this truck due to a lack of communication

As long as you keep changing the oil regularly, you will have absolutely no issues.

Only thing you may find is that with Synthetic or Semi-Synthetic the engine may sound a little noisier. However it has absolutely no bearing on wear or anything else than just being noisier.
