2010 Ram ST fob question

I bought my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 ST yesterday and it only came with the key pictured. I do not believe it has remote start, but I plan on adding that on to the truck. Several questions:

What fob do I need to buy?
Can I program them myself with the key pictured and AlfaOBD?

The Key in the picture above is called a Transponder Key
It has a type of Electronic Chip inside of it.
When you insert the Transponder Key into the Ignition, a security device within the ignition, reads the Transponder Key Chip
