2010 ram

Came across a 2010 ram 1500 4x4 quad trx with 155k on it for $15000 at local reputable auto shop/sales. Body in good shape with very minor rocker rust starting. Brand new motor 5.7 hemi with 3 year warranty. Does this sound reasonable? Any other things to watch out for with 155 on body?

what gears? the 545 rfe is the worst, especially with 3.55 gears or less. If you have 3.92's much better for a 5 speed. Cant go wrong with a new engine with warranty though.

15k for a 2010 hell no...I mean maybe if the body/truck was spotless and no rot with low miles...

As for the trans 220k on my orig trans I like it better then any of the 8 speeds that have the stupid dial shifter I see more complaints about 8 speeds tbh.

Don’t understand the hate on the 545 trans. Have a body shop you know check out the rust issue and see how extensive it really is.
