2011 Ram 1500 Radiio

Hello all
Looking for a little help on my ram ,the radio just quit .
There is a slight popping with the speakers but on sound on am and fm .
However satellite radio does com on and you can hear sound and the display works
you can change channels on am and fm but still no sound.
Any help is greatly appreciated .

Maybe the antenna wire came loose?

Having the same issue radio, sirius, & cd all quit Screen is lit speakers pop but no sound How about some help

I seen this once or something like this try disconnecting the hard drive on the bottom of the radio. You know disconnect battery, remove bezel, pull radio out disconnect plugs then turn radio over. there should be a small panel on the bottom remove it hard drive should come out. then disconnect hard drive. Plug radio in connect battery see if this fixed problem. You can run the radios with out the hard drive. If your radio does NOT have a hard Drive replace radio with new radio.
