My neighbor has a 2011 Ram 1500. About 114,000 miles. She was told she needed new plugs and 3 coil packs to fix a bad miss. Fast forward, still has the miss. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? It would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Joe

Not trying to ruin her day,but she's right in the ballpark for needing a cam and lifters. You can try swapping coil packs and injectors from the cylinders giving issues with the ones off the cylinders that aren't,if the miss follows the swap, she's smiling,if it doesn't,then you might want to pull the valve covers and watch the rockers when somebody bumps the engine over,if a couple rockers aren't moving as much as the other rockers, she's probably looking at replacing the cam and lifters
