2012 ram 1500 feels like it’s losing power

I have a 2012 ram 1500 with around 127k And I noticed that the truck was a little rough at idle And it felt like it was losing power and just when I bough spark plug check engine came on with po308 cylinder 8 misfire I replaced all the spark plugs that night the next morning turned Truck on and was smooth at idle and check engine turned off when I got to the free way and step on the gas it felt the same as before and the check engine light started to flash and truck started to shake but went away when I came to a complete stop now the check Engine light is off but when I put the scanner on it it gives me a PO305 cylinder five misfire and truck is back to feeling like it losing power. What could the problem be?

Try changing the coil on the cylinder that popped up with the code. Just a thought
