2012 Ram 1500 Won't Start

I have a 2012 Ram 1500 5.7L with 39K miles that will no start. When you go to start it, it continues to crank even after you let off of the key. You have to move the switch back to the run mode. After several attempts' I now have a "service 4WD" on the cluster now as well. Anyone know of a TSB or Recall on the WIN module?

It has tip start it will continue turn over untill it starts or for a few seconds or you turn it off

Truth. It is probably something stupid involving the computer or electronics.
