when key is at accessory I have electrical power, turn key to start I lose all electrical power, I need to disconnect battery for 10-15 minutes, then I have power again. I removed starter relay to jump start, hear a click at started then no electrical power to truck. Battery is good, replaced win, starter and tipm no change. Next trouble shooting step?

Check the battery cable connections, fuses at the battery, if you have them, push in all the fuses at the fuse box / TIPM and all your ground points for cleanliness and tightness.

There have also been cases of a cable failing due to a bad conductor inside the insulation that isn't actually visible. Only able to ID it through Voltage testing and checking voltage drop.

When I drove a tow truck the 1st thing we did was ask owner to try to start with headlights on. If they completely turned off immediately, the very 1st culprit was battery / ground connections / fuses 99% of the time.
