My screen message "database not found" when I try to update navigation. I think I may have deleted the database when trying to update it. I recall seeing on the net a database reset disc on the net (?), but dang, I can not find it again. I have installed a new HD, but no change to the message, no database found. So I have reinstalled the original disc, tried again for the nav update with no success. Setting up dealer appointment and was advised troubleshooting was $135. EEEOW!

I know that when i wanted to update my Nav Maps
I had to bring the radio updates, in sequence, up to latest version

Then i was able to update the maps
