I have a 2012 Ram Outdoorsman that has all Halogen bulbs for front and rear. I want to replace all the bulbs with LED. My question is will this cause the hyper flash due to the computer thinking the lights are burned out due to the light draw? Honestly not a deal breaker for me as far as hyper flash when using turn signals. Figure I can just get what the hallogen bulb number is for example 9005 and replace with a LED 9005. Just want to make sure there is nothing I should keep my eye out for. Thanks

There are LED bulbs that are marked "CanBus Compliant" that will not flicker or cause hyperflash. They have the required resistance needed to prevent that.

LED in a standard reflector headlight capsule may not work well. If you have projector headlights then they will work better.

How do I know if I have projector headlights or not?

2013 was the first year for projector in the Gen4 trucks.

You could always go aftermarket, a bunch of members like their Alpharex headlights.
The Nova and Luxx series are all LEDs.
