It rides like ****!!! HAHA
I only added the 2500 front coils and the 1" rear spacer as an experiment. I DO NOT recommend adding taller coils and spacers together. The ride is TERRIBLE and there is REALLY bad UCA and coil bucket contact, as expected. I only kept that combination on for 1 day before removing the coils and the 1" rear spacer. The combination was a huge safety hazard and I was terrified driving over 45mph.
*Please, no one attempt to piece together suspension parts in order to gain a few inches. Stick with a complete suspension kit and a body lift, at MAX. I have installed multiple combinations and can say the few extra inches is not worth it. These trucks are very nice and maxing out the suspension travel and suspension components will ruin the amazing ride RAM trucks have and pose a safety threat for you and your passengers.
This is not my daily driver, and not even my 2nd vehicle. The truck is now a "project" truck for the time being.
And no, the shop I use was not able to align it within specs. They tried multiple methods, all day and in between jobs, but the suspension geometry was too bad to make it work.
I am in the process of working with a custom shop in Florida on developing a 16" lift for the truck. I am working with them as the Design Engineer, as that is what I do for a living. I am in no means a mechanic, so this should be interesting haha.
Stay tuned!!
