2012 with 13+ led taillights stop working when put in reverse

So I installed the 13+ oem tails and RetroShop harness on my truck last Friday. Everything worked perfectly fine after I finished the installation on Friday but last night I got a notice on my EVIC that my right rear turn signal was out. I discovered that when I put my truck into reverse, the entire passenger side light goes out. All parts of it. The reverse also does not work. Then, when I take it back out of reverse, everything works again like it should (except reverse). The issue is only when I put it into reverse and only on the passenger side.

Does anyone know what this issue is?

Also, I have AlfaOBD so if it’s an issue with a setting in the BCM, if you know what to change in Alfa, let me know and I can try that. But keep in mind when it comes to AlfaOBD, my truck is a 2012.

Do you have LEDs in the 3rd brake light?
Might be interesting to see if the same issue exists with halogens in it.

Check to see if the reverse light plug came loose, I had to put electrical tape around my plugs to keep them from sliding a part.
