Running lights not working wierd

My truck is a 2017 ram 1500 sport. Just recently the passenger side taillight, running light went out. The blinker is mostly working fine. Swapped taillights amd it works fine plugged into the drivers side. The blue white wire is at 1volt, if i give it 12v the light lights up. Im trying to figure out where it goes so i can try to find a broken wire or corrosion. I already checked the bottom of the tipm and it was clean. Any help would be appreciated.

Just the TIPM, then a number of harness connectors it goes through before the taillight. Only thing to do is start hand over handing it to inspect and check each harness connector and harness integrity.

Unless you want to pierce insulation (not suggested) to take voltage readings along the way.
