2013 2500 HD Laramie Nav Question

Is there an NMEA or equivalent interface to the 2013 Uconnect 8.4AN nav system? I would like to do two things:

1. Retrieve vehicle location from the nav system in the form of a NMEA message such as $GGA or other equivalent format
2. Send waypoints into the nav system so that they would be displayed as Icons on the screen.
