2013 3.6 ram swap to a 2015 3.6 is this possible

I have a 2015 ram with a 3.6 and i have a good running motor from a 2013 3.6 dealer tells me the part numbers are different wrecking yard tells me something about a run stop mode. but i don't have a run stop auxcellry battery. seeing if anyone has done this swap. thankyou
