It looks like a rear sway bar is included as part of the optional chrome clad wheel package... interesting. Here's a screen shot from ramtrucks.com in the 2013 build and price.

It's weird... did any of you guys who got the chrome clads on your 4th Gens get a rear sway bar in the package too, or is this something new that Ram is doing?

Weird... mine came with the sway bar and alloy rims.

Also, looking at all the '12s on the lot today it seemed that only the reg cab models were missing the rear sway bar.

from what i could tell the st models which include trademan and express didn't come with the sway bar.

Slt's, sports, and laramies all came standard with the sway bar.

For 2013 are you looking at express options or say sport options?

I've read that the 6' bed crew cab and 8 speed Hemi will be late availability.

I'm ALWAYS looking. :D I've actually been eyeing the Jeep GC's lately. I love my Charger SRT8 but I think it's time for something new...

6' bed crew? Why would they go that work for an extra 5 inches?? WTF is the point of that? Even a 6'6" bed is considered short if you want a fifth wheel.
:wtf2:

It's not exactly 6', it's whatever the standard short bed is, 6'3" think? It might not sound like much but I can tell a big difference from my stumpy bed on my 2010 to my normal short be on my 2500.

This is the one, and only reason I wouldn't even consider a crew cab on my 2012. A 6'4" bed is useless as it is, let alone the... 5'7" (?) bed the crew cabs come with. If you put a tool box in there you are down to 4', might as well just get a suburban lol.

If you use it for towing a 5th wheel or work then yeah, but I think other than that a huge bed looks goofy especially on a 1500. Most people probably wont even use all the space, let alone be able to park it :naughty:

I've fit a motorcycle, tons of wood, furniture, huge load of dirt, riding lawn mower, and 7 people driving to the lake from the camp site in my 5'7" with no problems.

I got one on my truck but i dont know if it came with the chrome clad wheels or the tradesman package i think the heavy duty tranny and engine coolers came with tradesman package but not sure which the sway bar came with.

Both of my 2012 Express's came with the rear sway bar from factory. First one had painted alum. 20" wheels and second one has 20" chrome clad wheels.
