2014 2500 RAM Diesel GQ4-54T Remote programming failed.

For some reason I cannot program additional keys to this RAM. I tried Xhorse Key Tool Max and OBDSTAR X300 DP.
Erased Cleared all keys to Key =0 entered Security pin and press unlock key on new remote but not recognized.
Tried aftermarket Keyless Factory remotes same --Not recognised.
Now the Odd thing is I do the same procedure with the original remote and it immediately recognizes it and activates.
I am at a loss.
I only have one remote.
What equipment is needed to do all key lost on Dodge RAM 4th Gen 2014?
Or is there a Specific procedure to program this push-button start vehicle?

Xhorse VVDI PROG EEPROM Programmer
VVDI Key Tool MAX
VVDI Mini OBD Tool
OBDSTAR X300 DP (Full)

I now have AlfaOBD and OBDLink MX +
Can any one who has had succes in programming new keys chime in on just how long of time it takes to program once procedure gets started?
minutes? or is this a start and walk away go fishing and come back and check later type?

I've programmed several of these key fobs for friends that have 2014 Ram 1500 trucks and had very good luck. As shown above, alphaobd not only programs the key fobs, but it also queries the vehicle to find out what the 4-digit PIN is.
