Any recommendations for what shocks/struts I should put on my 14' Express 1500 w/22" SRT wheels on it? Obviously, due to the tires my ride is pretty rough. Trying to eliminate some of the roughness that comes with these thin tires. Thanks.

I guess the first thing I would do is go to Rock Auto and see the Mopar shock part numbers for various series pickups (regular package vs SRT). Then go under your truck and look at the part number on your shocks (the sticker on your tks actual shock absorber). Then you at least know what's going on, if your pickup has a stiffer mono-tube shock that might be tuned stiffer.

Then you could consider, possibly, a a stock RAM shock of the same body style as yours (but non SRT), which 'should' be tuned softer. Or another aftermarket shock. Ram shocks do seem to last a long time, and I'm happy with the stock ride of my truck.

Beware, many quality aftermarket shocks seem to be (generally) a schooch stiffer than stock. But first see what kind of shock you have now ...stock or stiffer-than-stock (for SRTs). Then you can start evaluating new from there.

I have the same truck running bilstein 6112 on the front and 5160 in the real with the bilstein 1 inch coil springs. Had the 5100s up front before the 6112s. The bils totally changed the ride and handling of the truck, rides and drives amazing.
