2014 Ram electrical related issues?

My dad in in his 80s and he owns a 2014 Ram. Last week he calls and stays the cabin lights will not go off when he shuts down. After a few days he reports the light will go off after a long period of time (he says and hour). Also he reports that sometimes the horn will go off while the truck sits in the driveway for several seconds. Seems like it could be related. Also I just found out a few months back he paid to have the radio replaced.

I'm not nearby to go see it myself until this next weekend.

Any ideas about how these could be related or not?
