2015 6.4 not moving in reverse

Hi everyone. I have a 2015 ram 2500 6.4 and today as I was backing up, my pickup stopped moving like it shifted to neutral. All forward gears are fine but when in reverse, the engine just revs and doesn't move even the slightest bit. Does anyone have some advise for me

Get under it and look at the linkage and see if it is working properly. If it isn't could be time for a trans shop. How many miles on your rig?

Linkage works just fine. It has just over a 100k on it

How does the fluid look? Has it ever been changed? I'm not saying a fluid change will fix it now. Just wondering on previous maintenance to it. I'd drop the pan and see how it looks inside. I'll admit I don't know much about these transmissions and I don't want to either lol. That's I why I change my fluid every year and I've changed the filters every 2-3 years.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in.

The fluid and filter was changed November last year and I did check the fluid after the problem occurred and everything is fine. I checked every possibility except servos, solenoids and valve body. That's why I'm reaching out for advise, maybe someone out there experienced the same deal.
