There basicly a shipping broker. They ship domestic and intl, just open an account then create a shippment. You pay and print your ship label then take the package to the fedex or ups drop off loaction near you. They will only ship the cheapest carrier for you. Been using them for years, no even many with business accounts can beat there prices.
