2015 Ram Morimoto XB LED taillights outage

My Morimoto XB taillights are not functioning properly. The blinker, brake light, reverse is working but the running light comes on but once I use the blinkers, the running lights shut off. I volt metered the truck wiring to the taillight and was still receiving power. I did the AlfaOBD scanner to reprogram the truck to the new LED taillights. Unplugged the battery to see if it will reprogram to the LED lights. Running out of options here and hoping someone might have some knowledge to try something else?

Unfortunately the '15 model year is somewhat picky about the lighting being used. Your not the first to have these issues, you may end up having to use resistors on the lights your having problems with(use AlfaOBD to return the settings back to halogen also.
