2015 sport with leveling kit..

Currently running 285 65 20 and want to go to 295 65 20. Anyone see any issues? Have stock 20 x 8 rims and going to a mud tire.

I have a 2013 Sport 1500 on stock 20”x9” wheels with a Rough Counrty level kit. I want to put on 295 65 20 nitro G2 Terra Grapplers. I’ve researched and have found conflicting information. I’ve read that they won’t rub and I’ve also read that I need spacers to avoid rubbing. I’m not interested in doing spacers. Is anyone running 295s on the stock 20s without spacers? It seems pretty tight in there, as far as width goes.

On my 2014 I ran that tire size with the Toyo MTs and there was never any rubbing. I loved the way they looked as far as filling out the fender well. I wish I still had some pictures but I lost them all on my last phone.

From the reading I've done it seems very vehicle specific, some do some don't. A guy I work with ran 35/12.5/20 Federal MT's with no level and no rubbing other than at full lockout. On my truck you can barely get your finger between the tire and UCA wit stock Goodyears, I don't think 12.5's would fit without a spacer.

Best you could do is measure how much room you currently have and do the math to see if a 295 would clear.

I have a 2.5 RC level on my 15 laramie stock 20's and put 33x12.5 thunderer mt/2s on it with no rubbing or any problems.
