So far I have replaced the gascap the leak detection pump and the canister purge valve. I have tried disconnecting the battery. Nothing worked. Brought to dealer for smoketests. They found no leaks and claimed I needed a PCM flash which cost me $186 even though I have Totalcare. That was yesterday. So today the gascap light is back. What am I supposed to do now???? Dealership said PCM software fixed it yesterday. Obviously not.

Replace the canister itself? Could be bad or have been flooded with gas. Not much knowledge beyond that. Good luck.
