2016 EcoDiedel Turbocharger

Hello,
I have a 2016 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel Limited that was deleted about 8 months ago at Lightspeed innovations in Red Deer, Alberta. I hear a grinding metal sound consistent with the turbocharger ramping up after shifting through gears. I have an appointment at the dealership next week for a diagnostic.
I suspect the turbocharger. How hard of a DIY job is it to replace the turbocharger?

I should mention this is the same company my dealership uses if you choose to go through them.

I believe the dealership will pull the cab to access the turbo. It is not the most accessible design.
