Monday when leaving the office my truck would not start. I would press the ignition button and it made a sound but didn't roll over. I called our on-site security and got a jump - truck started right up no issue. Next morning I took it to Advance Auto to show them and see if they could test the battery. The battery tested good and when I showed him how it started, it started right up no issue.

Today I get to leave for work and when I press the ignition it doesn't roll over so I press it again and hold down and it eventually rolls over after 1-2 seconds.

Could this be a battery or starter issue? Once the truck is started there is no issue with anything. I did notice the Eco drive mode would not kick in when on the highway and the time on my dash/display is wrong. My wife has a Pacifica and when the 'eco' mode would not kick in - a new battery fixed the issue.

Sounds like a battery issue. The battery in my wife's Infiniti was bad and causing the alarm to go off randomly but tested fine at Advance Auto. Does your truck have the factory battery?

The factory battery in my 16 finally kicked the bucket about 3 months ago. I would put money on the battery.

I have a 2016 Laramie and I am on my 3rd battery. They seem to only last 3 years or so. I am buying Interstate batteries from Costco. Last battery was within the 3 year warranty period and they replaced it without question.

When odd electric things start popping up at the same time , usually means a bad battery.
