2016 ram exterior handle removal?

Hello,

I have a 2016 ram and I want to change all the exterior handles but I was not able to remove the weather panel and I didn't want to break anything, so I just decided to ask. Can someone help me.

I did mine a couple of years ago so I might miss a couple of steps the way to do it is by disconnecting the window from the regulator. You need to remove the speaker to access one of the removal clips. Tape the window in the upright position and then lower the window regulator. After you lower the regulator with the window taped in the upright position you will be able to access the handles to remove them. Some guys have just drilled holes in the plastic panel to access the bolts but this is not nessisary. Once I figured out how to do it we got all four done in about an hour. The drivers door is the hardest because of the door lock.
