I have pretty close to what your looking for. Bilstein 5100 at 2.8”, JBA upper control arms, Suspensionmaxx sway links in the front. Spacers for about 2.5” lift in the rear with Fox shocks, freedom offroad adjustable trac bar, Hellwig sway bar, synergy adjustable sway links, and currently a set of adjustable control arms on the way. If your not planning on doing any offroading you can skip a lot of that, but I wanted this truck to be as capable as possible. I use this truck for everything from 2hr daily commutes to dune climbing and mudding.
In your situation I would start with bils at 2.8, JBA upper control arms, then pick your height of lift spacer in the rear and get some extended sway links (jeep gladiators have the same rear suspension and have way more options for sway links). If you find that doesn’t meet your needs you can continue to upgrade as you go.
