2017 Ram EcoDiesel

I have a 2017 EcoDiesel. I’m having issues with my volume working in my truck. I’ve had 2 radios installed and still doesn’t work. The service department has tried multiple test to see what the issue is, 4 hours in the shop and still don’t have an answer what the issue is. It’s been 6 long months now and I’m over a grand into this problem. Any ideas what it could be? It’s a uconnect 5.0.

Update: I just tried a Can-reset and still no luck. Still searching for possible issues.

You might get more views in the Audio section since I doubt this is related to the engine type. I'm assuming this does not have the Alpine so it is 6 speaker. Still stock speakers? Any other hints? Volume control changes on radio just no sound?
