2018 1500 BSM success!

Got BSM with mirrors working on my 2018 today, a lot of work but worth it!

Really what I want to do here is to thank @Roman217 for making me the harnesses and for his tireless assistance getting this done, it would have been impossible for me to do this without his help!

Nice. I had those but I dont like them. I get a sports and I like the power folding funtion. I am not sure if any mirror with light fit on mines.

Bicycle riders scatter like baitfish when they see my rig coming, lol.

I tried the towing mirrors deployed vertical once, didn't care for it, I could see better with them in the normal position.

As much as folding mirrors would be nice to have, I have little appetite for diving back into this vehicle any time soon. I don't think there's a square inch of my hands, arms and knees that hasn't been rashed

I would like to do this mod on my ‘19 Classic with sport mirrors at some point. As far as I know, they don’t make the glass with the BSM light for sport mirrors. Well I had an extra piece laying around from a mirror I needed parts off of. Decided to try and put a light in it. It didn’t come out as clean as I would have liked it (the glass/reflective material it tough to make a nice clean cut on). I’m debating whether or not I’ll use it or not when I do decide to do this upgrade. We’ll have to wait and see…
