Let me preface the post with this; I have read through all related links on Google, this forum, and other forums to try and remedy this issue with other's suggestions based on their experiences, to no avail. Here's where I am at...

- Only happens in the cooler months or when cold outside. Very rarely in the summer months when temps don't dip, but in those cases it's on colder, dewy mornings.
- Checked and reseated fuses.
- New Interstate battery.
- Disconnected battery and cleaned all connections.
- New gauge cluster installed by dealer.
- New light switch.

What am I missing!? Has anyone got resolve on this yet? Any threads relating to this issue seem to die out with no solution. I can post a video of what's happening, but I think everyone is familiar enough at this point to not need that.
