2018 RAM 1500 5.7 with installed KAOdTech bypass cable

As above, I have a 2018 Ram 1500 5.7 with the KAOdTECH bypass cable installed. Using AlfaOBD and the OBDLINK MX+ I am wanting to add a fobik and am not having any luck reading my PIN from the Radio Frequency Hub, and therefor unable to go any further.

I can successfully connect to the HUB, but when I attempt to read the PIN I get a "Failed. Invalid Security Key" error.

I haven't really tried to change anything on this truck yet, but assume the bypass cable is working as it is supposed to.

Any suggestions you all can provide would be greatly appreciated.
