out of a 2018 ram has unlock code but i don't know the vin.works perfect has the good 19.9 firmware and three month xm trial subsribition.has some wear on screen but doesn't show up hardly when screen is on.500.00 shipped to lower 48 i am not using it because i have a new uaq.
