2019 Cummins Rough & Tumble Idle After Morning Start Up. What could be wrong?

I finally had a good friend that is fairly mechanical replace the 2 filters and saved quite a bit vs the Dealership. But my friend must have not tightened something, or left a tool under the hood because I hear a rattling noise as I drive at low RPM. And now he's gone for the long weekend. :-/

Why not just pop the hood and have a look see being the fuel filter housing is on the drivers side by the fire wall....

Planning to do this this evening just after sunset. Its still HOT here in S AZ.

This is the only thing I found loose hanging off the upper center firewall. Just to the left of the oil dipstick

Some people move that rectangle box looking thing away from the firewall and slide the long extension behind it to reach the filter housing cap.
Hopefully he just forgot to reattach it afterwards.
