Readiness Monitors won't clear so I can't pass State Inspection. So here's the timeline.

May 1:

Truck wouldn't start as battery was dead. Reason unknown. I assumed I left lights on overnight or similar. AAA came and started the truck with battery booster device. I leave truck engine running for an hour to charge battery.

May 3:

Failed State Inspection …truck system not ready. "Readiness" checks fail. Received State Inspection Rejection sticker

May 6:

I remove battery from truck and recharge it fully. I reinstall battery and truck starts fine.

June 10 and 2,000 miles driving later:

Failed State Inspection …truck system not ready. "Readiness" checks fail again.

Mechanic can't understand why, resets truck computer and says come back in a few days for retest.

June 15 and 200 miles later

Mechanic checks truck and "Readiness" checks fail again.

AM
Visit Chrysler Service Dept to diagnose problem. They confirm "Readiness" checks fail. They identify a possible electrical issue with battery. I leave truck there for technician to perform drive cycles to help diagnose issue.
PM
Technician takes truck on journey to complete drive cycles. Despite doing what's necessary the Readiness Monitors still fail to clear. They don't know what's causing it. They will need to take it in for anither day and reach out to a specialist company for further direction.

-----------------

...of course my truck is just out of warranty by a few days. 25,000 miles but 3yrs10days.
Chrysler Dealer Service also noted that the hardest Readiness monitor to clear actually cleared....Evaporative System I believe they said

See results attached.

Anybody face this issue in the past and find a solution?
Wondering if I have a nasty expensive electrical problem coming my way.
Thanks

Here's how I fixed it.
Bought a

Autel OBD2 Scanner Autolink AL319 Code Reader

1. So I completely unplugged any device in my car plugged in to a USB port eg phone cable, music player, USB stick (this may have had no impact but bear with me) .... I plugged in my Autel ODBC scanner to the ODBC port and I drove the car faithfully between 55-65mph for 15 minutes NEVER going outside that range and that cleared 3 of 4 Readiness Monitors. See b4 and after pics. I kept an eye on the Autel ODBC Scanner to see what readiness monitors cleared during the drive cycle in real time.

2. I allowed truck to decelerate from 60mph to 0 WITHOUT touching the brakes. Use Neutral gear if you have to at the end to come to zero. How? Come off highway and roll into suitable breakdown lane.

3.I also drove for around 10 mins faithfully staying between 65 - 75 mph

....all Readiness Monitors cleared. I also did this drive cycle today with my wife's 2012 VW Tiguan that just got a new battery and it worked on that too clearing 5 Readiness monitors after 35 mins driving..

Finally, got State Inspected and PASSED. YAHOOOOOO!

Conclusion:
I mustn't have maintained enough speed in the 55-65mph range over 2000+ miles is all I can assume. Unlikely but plugging out devices from USB ports in car may have helped too. Less stuff interfering with truck brain the better maybe.

Hopefully this helps someone else as it baffled the mechanics/technicians at the Chrysler Dealership service dept.
