2019 RAM - Both keyfobs won't lock/unlock doors

Our truck is only 1 year old but neither key fob will lock/unlock the doors, but will start the truck.

Is there a way to reprogram them, or are we looking at a trip to the dealer? It can't be the batteries, the one key fob was never used.
