I just bought a classic this week. The price I paid was 6k less than I could deal on the 5th gen. Both had about the same MSRP ($50k). They are definitely giving more incentives on the 4th gens here.

glad to see the classics still come with the Dodge cross hair grills not the newer FCA pig snout grill.

He paid 32k i believe for his 5th gen. The 4th gens he looked at were 31-32. Granted they might have bargained more on those. I got my 17 for 28k in 2017.

At my local dealership they were completely sold out of the 2018’s. They weren’t willing to work much on the 5th gen 2019’s, but they were willing to make really good deals on the 2019 Classics. Sticker on mine was just over 46k, and I paid just over 33k for it.

White bighorn classic. I will start posting my mods once installed. Still can get over the change in the look. Classic is much better looking then the 5th gen IMO.

I like the Rebels and color matched but I guess thats the same way I feel about 4th gens. I was jealous of my buddies 19 Rebel the interior is probably the prettiest vehicle I've been in. But side by side my 17 looks better on the outside IMO.

Not a fan at all of the 5th gens.
They look Ford-ish.
Shopping for trucks this month I was set on a Classic 1500 but just couldn't find the right one so I ended up going with the 2500, an '18 leftover because I'm not digging the 5th gen 2500's either. Don't know why they had to totally bastardize such a great looking line of trucks. I know they gotta keep up and such, but the redesign in my opinion is a total fail cosmetically.

Bottom line is the 5th gens have nicer interior features than the 4th. Top one IMO is the flat back floor. The 12" display is really nice too along with the console. The 4h gens look better outside.

Fordish is a good way of putting it. I’m sure the interior is better and they prob ride better, more power, ect but still just can’t get over the look.

I normally hate the color purple but that is a sharp looking truck. Very nice.

I know. I'm just busting your chops.
Sharp truck. The black package really gives it the wow factor.

Have you guys noticed if the “ECO” light comes on in your classics when the MDS kicks in? Mine doesn’t, but I can feel when the MDS kicks in.

First time Ram owner. Bought the 2019 Classic with 3.92s, 6.4 bed, Big Horn Edition. Very happy with it so far. Tows travel trailer with ease and no doubt the boat once summer comes. Itching to customize. Currently looking for wheels/tires (35s) and lifts. 2019RAM3.jpg
