2020 dash wiring for 2013

I’m trying to upgrade my tradesmen to a more luxury interior. I found a full wiring harness for a 2020 Laramie. Do we know if the wiring harness for both generations are the same or am I out of luck ? Looking to upgrade the seats, radio, etc, so the Laramie harness has everything set up to plug && play.

I did the switch from 2014 to a 2018 harness, and there were several things I needed to modify to make it work. One was the wiring for the trailer brake.
