Check engine light came on the other day, code P0A99 Hybrid Battery cooling fan 2, it went out after restart and has not come back, should i go to dealer?

Yes, I would. If you were in the US, depending on your mileage you'd possibly still be covered by the federal emissions warranty on some of the components in the etorque system. Seems like I read that the 48v battery module is covered for 8years/80k miles. I have no idea if that warranty is honored in Canada though. I pulled this screenshot from another forum. Not sure of its source though. You should read through the warranty paperwork that came with the truck.
