Basically the pulsar adjust the throttle too but can be too much for some or still too little. You can crank up the Pulsar and then dial in throttle sensitivity with the PC.

If you are doing mods like headers I would find some real world dyno tests that prove the headers you are considering will increase horsepower enough, and at the point in the RPM curve, to be worth it. There could also be effects you are not expecting, like changing the torque curve in a way you are not happy with. Good luck, and let us know what you end up doing.
